Syrian Arab Army captured the desert area between both frontlines so that the SAA Tiger Forces could meet with the SAA soldiers from Al- Bukamal
With this gain the SAA built two pockets:
A huge desert pocket and a second small pocket with the villages called “Sayyal, Ghabrah and Shayir”.
