LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (June 3, 2017) – Several pedestrians have been hit by a truck in central London. The Metropolitan Police confirmed the incident via Twitter. Public transport has been stopped around the London Bridge. According to reports, several people were injured on the bridge. About five or six people were hit. A large number of police is present around the area of the London bridge. The rescue service calls on the population to avoid the area around London Bridge.
In addition, the police confirmed that armed police officers are involved in an stabbing incident in Borough Market. The Borough Market is also located in the center of London.
